5Applicable Contract Provisions
Prestige Care Services is a General Residential Operation and agrees to this contract in which contains the terms applicable to Residential Child-Care Service including General Residential Operations (GRO). PCS is a Residential Child-Care Facility other than a CPA, therefore the following sections does not apply to PCS:

PCS is a GRO providing residential treatment services, therefore in addition to the terms in 5.B), Sections 7, and 11 of these contracts are not applicable.
PCS must comply with the special terms and conditions set forth in Attachment E.
6Prestige Care Services (Contractor) Representation
7 Contracted Service Levels
Prestige Care Services acknowledges and agrees to what DFPS has determined the minimum standards of service PCS is to provide to each Child based on the Child’s level of services. The Department will designate the level of need as Basic, Moderate, Specialized, or Intense, as described below per Attachment C. PCS will provide services to children authorized at the service levels and maintain full compliance with the associated service levels for each child placed with PCS.
Referral to service providers to meet each Child’s specific needs, including, but not limited to,
- Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS)
- Department of State Health Services (DSHS)
- Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS)
- Local Juvenile Probation Department
- Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
- Local Mental Retardation Authority (MRA)
- Local Mental Health Authority (MHA)
- Health and Human Service Commission (HHSC)
